Unlike Emotional Release, which focuses primarily on your emotional state, Cord Cutting is centered on the connection itself and the intention to weaken or end that bond.
It may be used after a difficult breakup, an unhealthy attachment or a relationship that continues to influence your emotional state even after it has ended.

Clear recent photos of both people are strongly recommended.
